Our Mission and Vision

The Mission of Reunification Transportation Services (RTS) is to seek social justice for communities adversely impacted as a result of local, state and federal legislative actions and policies of the criminal justice system. This mission of RTS supports a long-term
vision of social justice which is characterized by;

• the empowerment of stakeholders to affect positive change through legislative processes and policy-driven initiatives;


• increased human and financial resources to leverage against unfair, biased application of the law at each level of the criminal justice system; and


• mobilization of communities throughout the Greater Philadelphia region through education and a call-to-action against socially regressive criminal justice-related activities by government
